Born and raised in Antwerp, Belgium, Simke holds a degree in Economics and Modern Languages, a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, and spent several months studying at EPSI (École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières) in Paris. She began her career working at a mid-sized agency in Belgium before moving to Marbella to pursue her passion for real estate.

Having always known she wanted to live and work abroad, she fell in love with Marbella’s lifestyle and is now dedicated to helping others make the same dream a reality. Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to understand French and currently learning Spanish, Simke contributes exceptional skills and dedication to her work in the listings department at The Agency Marbella.

She is committed to representing the homes and vendors with the attention and care they deserve, and her eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, collaborative spirit, and positive attitude make her an invaluable member of the team.
