Senior Real Estate Advisor

Emil is a Real Estate Advisor at The Agency Marbella. Originally from Denmark, he combines a technical background in construction with over a decade of international experience in the luxury lifestyle and interiors space.

This background gives his clients a practical advantage. Emil looks beyond the aesthetics of a property, using his technical knowledge to assess build quality and genuine potential.

Before moving to Spain, Emil spent a decade in management for a Danish lifestyle brand, living and working across London, Dublin, and San Francisco. This global exposure not only sharpened his operational precision but also deepened his ability to connect with people from diverse cultures. It defined the way he works today: high standards, calm decision-making, and a collaborative approach.

Fluent in English and Danish, Emil communicates effortlessly across Scandinavian languages. He combines strategic negotiation with a genuine enjoyment of the process, ensuring a seamless experience for his clients.

Emil's quote: “Luxury is not a price point. It’s the quality of the product and the quality of the process.”
